How to Pre-Register to Participate in the Public Forum

Pre-registration for the Public Forum CLOSES at 12 noon on the day of the meeting.

Please send an email to publichearings@albanycountyny.gov with the following information:

Your name, address and phone number
Your name and municipality will be made public (e.g., "Jane Doe, Cohoes, NY"), the rest of your information will remain private.
Whether you have access to Zoom
A call-in number will be provided if you can't use Zoom
The Public Hearing you would like to speak at and a statement you would like put on record in lieu of formal participation.
- You may sign up for multiple Public Hearings, if time allows.
- Please limit the length any written statements to allow for the participation of others.
- All written statements will be given to members, regardless of length.
