- If you come in person, please be prepared to follow current COVID guidelines.
- You can watch our hearings live on our YouTube channel.
If you would like to participate via Zoom:
- You must pre-register with the Clerk (see below).
- County residents will be taken first.
- Speakers may be allowed up to five minutes to express their views.
To pre-register to participate via Zoom
Pre-registration closes at 12 Noon on the day of the hearing.
Please send an email to publichearings@albanycountyny.gov with the following information:
- Your name, address and phone number
Your name and municipality will be made public (e.g., "Jane Doe, Cohoes, NY"), the rest of your information will remain private. - Confirmation that you have access to Zoom
- The Public Hearing you would like to speak at and a statement you would like read in lieu of formal participation.
- You may sign up for multiple Public Hearings, if time allows.
- Please limit the length any written statements to allow for the participation of others.
- All written statements will be given to members, regardless of length.
- The Clerk or a member of our staff will contact you with the information for you to connect.
