The Albany County Department of Public Works is issuing a travel advisory for Thursday, October 6 and Friday, October 7. Roadwork will take place from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Albany Shaker Road between the Shaker Elementary School and The Crossings. Both lanes are expected to remain open, with vehicle traffic shifted into the southbound shoulder (no lane closures will occur).  Work is being done by Peter Luizzi and Bros. Contracting and consists of making sanitary sewer and water connections for the Cold Spring Development.
