Fall is in the air; fishing is still underway which is why you’ll want to join Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy at the Albany County Fall Festival at Lawson Lake County Park. We’ll have pumpkins, doughnuts, crafts, hiking, fishing, a live musical performance and much more. It’s being hosted by the Albany County Department of Parks & Recreation and the Albany County Department for Children, Youth and Families- Youth Bureau on Saturday, October 15 from 11am to 4pm.

Joining the County Executive will be Indian Ladder Farms, the Albany County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit and the Coeymans Hollow Fire Department. The Albany County Department of Health will be hosting a COVID- 19 vaccine clinic from noon – 3pm with Pfizer and Moderna, 1st and 2nd doses and the updated booster for everyone ages 5 and up. There will also be a ribbon cutting for the new dock on the lake.
