Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy is inviting the general public to offer their feedback on the final draft of Albany County’s Climate Resiliency Plan during a virtual meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 18, from 6pm to 7:30pm. The plan’s objective is to analyze risks and vulnerabilities associated with an increase in frequency and severity of storm events, and to propose projects that increase resilience to these hazards related to climate change and global warming.

Members of the County Executive’s Office will provide an overview of the draft resiliency blueprint, explain the key findings, answer questions and gather input from participants during the meeting before the plan is finalized for implementation.
