County Executive McCoy to Deliver State of the County Address

Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy will deliver his twelfth State of the County Address outlining his administration’s accomplishments over the past year. He will also be announcing his vision for 2023 that will continue to move the County forward.
The speech will be Thursday, February 23 at 2pm and the public is invited to view the Address via Facebook Live on County Executive McCoy’s Facebook page at:
