County Executive McCoy Rescinds State of Emergency

Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy has rescinded a State of Emergency effective immediately in Albany County. He does urge caution for travelers tomorrow morning as a drop in temperatures this evening may lead to ice and black ice during the commute. Rising temperatures during the day tomorrow may also lead to ice melting and subsequent flooding. See attached for rescinded State of Emergency.
