Albany County Public Works Department Announces Rail Trail Closure Starting Monday for Bender Melon Farm Preserve Bridge Rehab

The Albany County Department of Public Works advises that there will be a full trail closure of the section of the Albany County Rail Trail near the Bender Melon Farm Preserve Bridge in New Scotland from Monday, April 22 through Tuesday, April 30. This is the area between Hilton Road and Upper Font Grove Road. The bridge is being rehabilitated. Working hours will be 7am to 3:30pm each weekday. Partial closures of the Rail Trail are expected after that until May 17. Albany County thanks you in advance for your patience during this important project.
