County Executive McCoy to Recognize Someone Who Provides H.E.L.P. as Citizen of the Month

If you’ve ever seen a car broken down or out of gas on I-90 or the Northway and a H.E.L.P. truck drive up, chances are you’ve seen the Albany County Executive’s January Citizen of the Month on the job. This retired former LaSalle School worker continues to serve his community by getting them safely back on the road.
County Executive Daniel P. McCoy will honor Robert W. White as his Citizen of the Month on Friday, January 31 at 10am at 112 State Street, Albany in the Cahill room.
