Guess what day it is (on March 11th). You think you know the answer but March is National Nutrition Month; Wednesday is National Registered Dietitian Day and it’s also Colonie Town Supervisor Paula Mahan’s birthday. We’re going to celebrate using the month’s national theme—Eat Right, Bite by Bite.

Registered Dietitian Jenae Halsted is helping us host a birthday party (shhh—it’s a secret) for Supervisor Mahan featuring party foods. Who thought pizza and wings could be healthy? We’ll be recognizing how ShopRite is helping area residents make healthy food choices and also celebrate National Registered Dietitian Day as well.
