The Albany County Department of Health is advising anyone who was at the Arsenal City Tavern at 795 3rd Ave., Watervliet, NY 12189 on Saturday, November 7th from 2pm to 10pm or Sunday, November 8th from 10am to 5pm to contact them for possible exposure to COVID-19.
