In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Albany County Attorney’s Office by direction of County Executive Daniel P. McCoy has filed the below States of Emergency and Emergency Orders to assist in his response to the crisis.

As this virus persists, these orders and emergency declarations have been renewed every five and thirty days respectively, and are still currently active.
