AllPaid Payments Powered by GovPayNet

The Albany County Probation Department accepts credit and debit card payments through AllPaid.

  • Payments can be made in person at the Probation Department,  online, or by phone.
  • Payments can be made with a major credit, debit or prepaid debit card, including payments for restitution or DWI fees.

Online Electronic Payment

To make an online, electronic payment, you will need the following:

  • Payment amount—designate whether payment is for restitution, DWI fees or both 
  • Name of person for whom payment is being paid
  • Date of birth of person for whom payment is being paid
  • Address of person for whom payment is being paid
  • Credit card information, including the mailing address of the credit card holder

Scan the QR code or visit www.govpaynow.com/gps/user/plc/4730 to make an online payment.

Please note AllPaid service fees for online payments is 3.75%, with a minimum service fee of $3.50.

 

Pay by Phone 

To make a payment by phone call 1 (888) 604-7888, and you will need the following:

  • Payment Amount—designate whether payment is for restitution, DWI fees or both
  • Name of person for whom payment is being paid
  • Date of birth of person for whom payment is being paid
  • Address of person for whom payment is being paid
  • Credit card information, including the mailing address of the credit card holder
  • Pay Location Code #4730

Please note AllPaid service fees for phone payments is 5.25%, with a minimum service fee of $5.00.


Please Note: Restitution payments will also include the mandatory 5% surcharge ordered by the Court.

AllPaid is a privately contracted credit and debit card processor under an agreement with the Albany County Probation Department. If you have any questions about AllPaid's role, please discuss them with your Probation Officer.
