CR 2 (Cole Hill Road) over Fox Creek (Town of Berne)

Project planned start: Monday, June 1, 2026
Project planned end: Friday, September 25, 2026
Project: Bridge Replacement
Closure: The County Route 2 (Cole Hill Rd) bridge over Fox Creek will be closed to all traffic
Detour: A detour route will be posted. Emergency vehicles will be subject to the detour.

This is the bridge between Route 443 and CR 3 (Wilsie Rd). A detour route will be posted. Emergency vehicles will be subject to the detour.

Project includes:

removing the existing box culverts;
partial demolition of existing footing mat;
adjusting the existing stream profile;
restoring existing ditch line;
performing stream reconstruction;
installing concrete footings on open ended pipe piles;
installing a precast three-sided concrete structure with cast-in-place concrete footings and wingwalls;
roadway reconstruction within the project limits.

CR 111 bridge over the Hannacrois Creek (Town of Coeymans)

Project planned start: Monday, July 1, 2026
Project planned end: Friday, November 23, 2026
Project: Bridge Rehabilitation
Closure: The western CR 111 bridge over the Hannacrois Creek will be closed to all traffic.
Detour: A detour route will be posted. Emergency vehicles will be subject to the detour.

This is a bridge rehabilitation project that includes removing the existing two span bridge superstructure and installing a new two span structure on the existing horizontal alignment.

This is the large bridge over the spillway between Staco Road and Alcove Road. A detour route will be posted. Emergency vehicles will be subject to the detour.
